This antipasto platter features briny olives and marinated artichokes to creamy mozzarella, salty Italian cured meats, toasted almonds, smoky roasted peppers, fresh fruits and veggies, and sweet honey for drizzling.


HOLIDAY SPECIAL: Skewers of salami, mozzarella, basil, and an assortment of peppers and olives are shaped into a wreath and adorned with sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Chocolate Dessert Platters

A decadent chocolate board with an assortment of chocolate truffles, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate covered pretzels, Nutella, berries, and more!

We’ll lend you one of our beautiful boards and arrange it for your event. As well, we’ll deliver the board to you and set up a return time to pick it up the next day.

Artichoke Spinach Dip

Accompanied with crusty bread, pita chips, and baguette slices.

Fillings offered are spicy sausage and smoked gouda or seafood.

Shrimp Cocktail

Individual portions served in martini glasses.

Smoked Salmon Cucumber Bites

Individual cucumber rounds topped with smoked salmon, garlic and fine herb creamy cheese, and garnished with dill.

Individual Layered Taco Dip

This individual seven layered taco dip offers refried beans, whipped sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, avocado, fresh tomato, and sliced olives. Garnished with assorted tortilla chips. 

Bacon Wrapped Dates

Fillings offered are smoked gouda or gorgonzola.

Bruschetta

Crostini garnished with heirloom tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella drizzled with a balsamic glaze or peaches with melted blue cheese and drizzled with honey.

FROM THE LAND

Beef Roll-Ups

Beef wrapped around gruyere cheese and assorted colorful peppers accompanied with a balsamic glaze.

Tenderloin

Cooked medium rare and paired with a red wine reduction.

Prime Rib

Cooked medium rare and paired with a  horseradish crème.

Brisket

Smoked for nine hours and served medium rare.

Beef Medallions

Cooked medium rare and paired with chimichurri sauce.


Stuffed Chicken Breast

Options include: Fresh baby spinach, feta cheese, sautéed garlic wrapped with prosciutto or roasted asparagus, dijon mustard, lemon, tarragon, and provolone cheese.

Grilled Chicken Breast

Glazed with BBQ or teriyaki.

Fizzy Chicken

Lightly floured and grilled chicken breasts that have been filled with a hearty mix of Italian cheeses and topped with savory mushroom and Marsala wine sauce.

Garlic Basil Shrimp

A simple, elegant shrimp dish with fresh basil and tomato featuring a flavorful garlic butter sauce.

Shrimp Cocktail Platter

Optional dipping sauces: Garlic lemon, cocktail sauce, sriracha mayo, sour cream - chipotle sauce, and avocado hot sauce.


Firecracker Salmon

Asian inspired marinade with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, green onions, garlic, and crushed pepper flakes.

Salmon or Halibut

Accompanied with lemon, butter, and capers in a dill white wine sauce.

We only serve Alaskan wild-caught fish.

Fall Harvest Salad

Leaf lettuce with candied pecans, local sliced pears, avocados, green onions, and crumbled feta cheese. Accompanied with a mustard vinaigrette dressing.

Tortellini Pasta Salad

Loaded with cheesy, pillowy tortellini, salami, mozzarella, olives, bell peppers, marinated artichokes, tomatoes and cucumbers then smothered in bright and tangy Italian dressing.

Honeycrisp Apple Salad

Matchstick sliced apples on romaine and arugula and candied walnuts. Tossed with a spiced cider vinaigrette.


Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce, croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese. Tossed with caesar dressing.

Thick bacon, fresh mozzarella, and roma tomatoes on focaccia bread with pesto aioli.

Mini Croissants

Filling options: Chicken salad or deviled egg salad.


Hot Paninis

Option of: Traditional ham and swiss cheese, Hawaiian ham, sliced pineapple, and monterey jack cheese, turkey, sliced brie cheese, with cranberry salsa, or chicken, bacon, sliced tomato, avocado, and provolone cheese with a chipotle sauce.

Sandwich Bar

Create your own sandwich from a selection of oven roasted turkey, smoked ham, and roast beef. An assortment of breads, rolls, croissants, and cheeses. Accompanied with mustards, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
